I stayed at the Sure Stay Hotel by Best Western, Florence KY 41005, from 5/18-5/20.My room was as advertised: clean, comfortable, and secure.My reason for an excellent experience was specifically due to exemplary employee assistance to me by front desk employee Irvin and another employee Jeremy.My phone died while at the hotel and I had no way to contact anyone, arrange travel, or to be able to fly home.Irvin graciously assisted me by using his cell phone to go through the process of establishing some link to the digital world.
