Please people if you can, stay away from Best Western. Alot of smoking fee fraud happening and they will charge you for it days after you receive your final receipt. (With zero notification by them). You are forced to sign the smoking fee agreement otherwise you cannot stay there. I'm not a smoker nor do I smoke, and you get charged based on if the housekeeper or maid reports your room smelling like smoke which my room did not. Its hearsay with them and Best Western along with Best Western Corporate will NOT show you proof of their false accusations of a customer. BE AWARE please this place is a total SCAM.
