Best Western's online reservations website has not allowed me to use my credit card to make online reservations for over two years now. Every time I attempt to, I get a message about a credit card error, so each time I have to do the reservations by phone (and of course, there's no issue then). This is the only hotel chain in the world where I've had this issue, and for an internationally known hospitality chain like Best Western, this kind of ongoing tech issue is simply inexcusable. Do they still use dial-up modems?? Needless to say, every time I've attempted to get an answer by phone about this issue, no one can help. The agents acknowledge there's an issue, but each time I've been patched through to a "Customer Care" supervisor, they all give me the same answer: I don't know what you're talking about and I'm afraid I can't help you.Egregious service for such a well-known hospitality company. Sayonara BW! Will never use you again.
