I recently stayed at 3 different best westerns. 2 in new jersey and 1 in Pennsylvania. They were all horrible. Don't bother to call customer service in Arizona because they don't care. The front desk employees and managers at the 3 hotels were a joke. One hotel had roaches. One the heat went out all night in winter. One hotel smelled like pot throughout and the bathtub wouldn't hold water. Seems like this chain has no services and doesn't care about guests. It's a money pit.
