We stayed at the Hills Road Flint Airport Best Western on 11/17/2024. If it weren't for the professional of KYLE we would have walked out! NOTHING WORKED IN THIS PLACE! I have a pinched nerve and needed the HOT TUB but it was BROKEN!!!! So I decided to take a HoT BATH instead. NO HOT WATER and the DRAIN was broken. Upon check-in, the dates were incorrect on my reservation but luckily KYLE was there and rescued us. If it was not for KYLE'S professionalism and I prepaid the room I would have left. We were in Flint MI for a family funeral. So with the loss of our loved one, I DID NOT NEED THE BS from the Best Western Motel. Like I said KYLE is the ONLY reason we stayed. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Best Western to anyone. It's a shame I always chose Best Western when I need a motel but NO MORE. Klye needs to go to a motel to work where his attention to Customer Service shines and not in a place that is half ass run! Management cares nothing for the inconvenience they cause people at a low point in their life.
