Best Western Oak Manor Biloxi, Ms.My family and I stay here once a year. Staff and location are great. Makeovers are WAY past due. This year all 3 rooms had an awful odor that Lysol would not cover. The carpet is ancient and needs to be replaced. The mattresses were hard. My main concern with the odor is the possibility of mold or mildew in these rooms. I hope something is done, it would be a shame to change hotels after all these years and good memories.
