Actual installation was fine but it wasn't registered with Building Control and my pleas were ignored until I wrote my review on Trustpilot and I'm still waiting for some of the paperwork from May 2025 Louise please call me I've left a couple of voice mails I was promised a Gas Safety Certificate but still haven't received it - emailing it would be fine
