I had a boiler installed via BeSure (seems like I was lucky to get that far) and was pushed into leaving a 'good review' the same day...fast forward a few weeks later and my boiler has overpressurised and the internal condensation pipe is leaking water everywhere. I don't believe the engineers have purged and cleaned the system and I'm left with a leak all down my internal wall. The '24/7 emergency call line ' DOES NOT EXIST! Although they use this as a strong selling point it's a complete lie! They use an automated voice mail machine and you never get a call back. If you finally do get through to someone they again tell you that they will call you back with an engineer time...they don't. 6 times I have been lied to about call backs and one occasion of an engineer 'cancelling' (if that is even true). This company is working off fabricated good reviews to trick customers into sales and then ignoring all their promised after sale services. They are money grabbing and leaving people with unsafe boilers. Would not surprise me if they take all your money and close shop soon and then start again. STAY CLEAR! I will be going to GasSafe and trading standards about this company.
