IBC claims they closed a previous account of mine due to "fraudulent betting" without letting me know and take new 500$ deposit as compensation. I've been a customer of IBC for years and I've taken year breaks from betting which lead to some accounts being close due no inactivity (PS3838), never for "fraudulent betting". When I tried getting a VIPIBC account with them I went through the whole deposit process, exchanged around 20 emails, even sent KYC and then they "claim they will take the new deposit I gave them as compensation" and that I "had been warned about not making new accounts". I've reached out to them through email, live chat, etc and they refuse to argue their side and to provide a single shred of evidence, while I have tons of emails from them spamming Stay away from them at all costs.EDIT: They claim a "thorough review" was done, but they refuse to give me any sort of evidence or even respond to this absurd claim. Don't let their answer fool you, there are better companies out there, stay away from these people.
