Been with Bet365 for many years now. Over the last few weeks there have been different issues with their app where it was freezing or options were not available when they should have been. On Saturday there appeared to be a catastrophic failure of their online betting site. Customers were not able to see their bets they had placed and more importantly, the cash out function was not available between 3pm and 5pm, right through the Saturday football schedule. I was unable to cash out for £141 and this resulted im me losing the whole bet. Bet 365 were aware at the time that I was trying to cash out before I lost the money because a time-stamped email was sent to them. They also disabled their online help leaving thousands of people stranded. As a result, hundreds lost bets and 365 cashed in!! I have complained many times and they are not interested stating that it was basically a technical issue and unforeseen. Loyalty doesn't come into it even although they have evidence of my intentions and the circumstances. I've been with them for over 5 years but with a heavy heart I have decided to move to another company. This isn't a company i now have a lot of faith in and I certainly cant trust them. It's now one thing after another.
