My account was suspended within two minutes of it being set up. I didn’t know what went wrong so contacted their webchat and the support said it was internal reasons ‘ due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. The decision has been made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and your account has been closed with no option to reopen’ No information given. Extremely frustrating experience and quite rude and condescending!! Please don’t use this company. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before signing up.
