Terrible Live chat support, no help, doesn't even respond with the right answers. The Live Chat bot does a better job than the actual agents. My account was closed and I tried to contact them to reopen the account and they replied with. "You are not able to reopen the account due to terms and condition". When I tried to ask for why, they respond with nothing but the same thing so I don't even know why my account got closed cause I didn't even do anything on the website and they don't even want to give me the reason. Terrible Casino Site DONT even waste your time on it.
