I am actually heartbroken. My family and I love the lionesses; my daughter actually plays for Manchester United academy… we bet for fun; using my money for them to win the Euros which they did. I had around £500 in my account which I was saving for Christmas. I tried to access it this week but I couldn’t log into my account. They contacted today to explain my account had been compromised but they reimbursed me. In passing I said ‘I put the bet on for my daughter’ - bear in mind she’s a child. The next thing he’s saying they’ve escalated it to management as it’s against the law to put a bet on for a child. It wasn’t her money or bet! I meant I was putting a bet on to support her love for football and our lionesses. I’ve been told I’ll hear back in ‘due course’. I have four children. That’s my money and was banking on it today for Black Friday deals for their Christmas presents. Morally and ethically corrupt.Use another betting platform that have representatives that ask follow up questions and have common sense.
