They've literally stopped giving loyalty rewards. I went on a winning streak, then I got a message saying I'm playing too much? I usually spend Saturday and Sunday using this site, but if I have a 12 hour session, then another on Sunday, they'll message me saying I'm playing too long. They then stop giving me loyalty credits. I haven't received one in months! I play from 11am to 11pm and repeat the next day and then I start getting messages. Their algorithms are their to screw their customers at every opportunity. I'm only using this site sparingly now. The customer service is also atrocious. They're barely human.
