Very bad manners from customer service not responding accurately to queries and closing chat sessions while I was still making queries that they didnt want to reply. My account was closed for "reasons" that they couldn't name and they were not letting me create another one. For info I create and account and verified it about a year ago and didnt use since. Now they wont let me access it while they kept all my personal information(name, age, address, etc)
