I’ve been with Bet365 for a long time the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced they say they use BOG but I’ve had 4-5 big odds winners and got returns with the lesser odds when you try to contact them they make it impossible by not letting you describe your problem but fob you off with a virtual operator I have been trying to speak to someone for 25 minutes every day this week they take your money but when you have a query they just ignore you
