Firstly, I had to leave a 1 star to proceed. Far from a 1 star experience. It all started with a legitimate "bet builder" on their app. It was a winning bet but bet365 stated it wasn't and gave the most ridiculous reasons, kept moving the goal posts and hiding behind "inaccurately" reported stats from Opta and PA. They insinuated that I was angling for a payout when I complained (I was not and just wanted to be treated fairly), said that they don't pay out good will gestures. When I pushed it, they TWICE offered separate good will gestures (signs that they were in the wrong and hoping I would jump at their offers) It was all a matter of principle for me at this point. The complaint was then sent to eCogra (just as bad of an experience) for further investigation, who in the end agreed with bet365 even though I submitted extensive evidence and tv footage to support my case. Again this all fell on deaf ears. I do really have alot to say about both Bet365 and eCogra but I am conscious of any potential repercussions if I do but had to leave this experience. 0 star from both parties involved.
