I'm not sure Bet365 are getting their Responsible Gambling pursuits correct because instead of going after people properly chasing losses and putting in regular sums day after day, they're going after people actually using their responsible gambling tools to control their gambling. I had my account shut down today because apparently using the 'Take a Break' feature was a red flag! They asked me if I ever used it because I thought I'd used my account excessively - isn't that the whole point of the feature?! Anyway, apparently using this tool is a bad thing and the low-paid advisor guy who clearly had a flowchart to follow and wasn't interested in understanding how I control things said his recommendation was self-exclusion, but that it was my decision - when I said if it was my decision I didn't want that, he just said in that case my account was permanently closed! Horrible deception and really not nice to feel judged and not listened to at any stage. I'll just go elsewhere because I know that things aren't a problem for me - I just liked using the tools to keep things that way!
