Have used them for a long time. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Winning bets not paid out, so have to check everything. Email link doesn't work but the last straw was when my account balance went from £9.50 in credit to 42p in debit. There is no way of checking the balances that they read off so just as easy to use a new bet firm.
