I’m absolutely furious with Bet365. My account was restricted without any reason given. I asked why and their support staff could not tell me. I asked how long it would take to fix and was explicitly told “24 hours.” That promise was made 7 days ago — SEVEN DAYS — and nothing has happened: no updates, no explanation, no timeline, no escalation.This is unacceptable. They’ve frozen my access and left me in the dark while holding my funds and my account. For a company of this size to show this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shameful. Do not trust Bet365 with your account or money if you expect basic communication and accountability. I demand immediate reinstatement or a full explanation and refund of any inaccessible funds — otherwise I will escalate this complaint to the relevant gambling regulator and my bank.Shocking customer service.
