£20 of my £30 deposit disappeared,I contacted Bet365 to be told it had been transferred to their gaming site,which I hadn’t done,they said their fraud team would investigate.I was contacted to say they’d found no evidence that my account had been hacked,I asked what game & what time it was placed,it was on Roulette at a time that I was at my grandsons party,I told them that was totally impossible,only to be told to take it up with the police if I’ve still got an issue.Totally shambolic investigation, & not interested in fraudulent activity on their website Don’t sign up with these cowboys
