After the suspension expired, I wanted to play again. However, when I clicked on a game, it was not possible to play, so I contacted support and was told to wait another 24 hours. After that time, it still didn’t work, and I was again told to wait 24 hours. After this second waiting period, it appeared as if I could play, so I deposited €50. But once the funds were on my account, I was again unable to play. To make matters even worse, I was also unable to withdraw the money. When I contacted support again, I was once more told to wait. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer.
