I have been a customer of Bet365 for many years. They give the impression that they take safer gambling very seriously. However based on my current experience this hypocritical. Bet365 strongly advised customers to use safer gambling tools and when you used it bet 365 discriminate against you when you return back. They will waive all yours promotions including free bets under the pretext of Players Protection. Well Bet 365 your action is not promoting safe gambling. On the contrary it deters customers from using the tools on the ground that they will discriminated and excluded from promotions. I took a self exclusion many years ago due to professional commitment. Since I returned back to bet 365 not only that I have been exempted/discriminated from promotions but also be subjected to frequent account suspensions and be referred back to their safer gambling team. Bet365 staffs appear not to understand the philosophy behind safe gambling tools. They treat all customers who have used the tool as having gambling problems and in the process discriminate against them. Clearly this does not seem right. In my experience Bet 365 uses safer gambling tools to inflict punishment on customers, who do not have a gamble problem, but who previously used the tool by stripping them of promotional benefits. Believe me Bet365 the way you use the safer gambling does not match the philosophy it was created for.
