I would give them 0 stars for how their customer support deals with ex customers. Had an account years ago but at some point I decided to self exclude myself for some years. After that self exclusion time when I tried to contact them to ask if they could reopen the account they denied my request ( in other cases they managed to do it ) , on my second attempt to contact support they just decided to close the chat without any response, so it says a lot about how they deal with people on top of the fact that they make a fortune....at the end it's their loss...
