My experience with Bet365 has been terrible. I created an account for the first time, deposited money, and then had to wait a long time for verification. When I finally got access, the website barely worked – it kept loading forever, logging me out, and I couldn’t place any bets at all.After more than a week I contacted customer support, and that’s when I was told my account had been closed as a “trading decision.” I had never received any notice before. When I asked for the reason, they just replied that no further information could be provided and that I will not be able to use Bet365 in the future.This is completely unprofessional. They let people register and deposit money, only to block the account without any explanation. Bet365 does not respect new customers and offers zero transparency. I strongly do not recommend this company.
