Awful support system. I have contacted the chat 3-4 times and every time they are asking for details, give them that and after the answer is give me 2-3 min to find out what is happening and they are ending the chat . The customer support took an age to respond and i was eventually told my account is permanently suspended by review by management. And it will not work but they have my details, I asked to delete my details and they said as long as you are a member will keep your details and I've asked to delete my account at least I am not a customer anymore and he closed the chat .
