No transparency or accountability. I have been a customer for many many years but after winning three consecutive Superboosts (a promotion they offer to general public) they have restricted my promotions/boost offers to £1 maximum bet. Customer service tell you they do not know the reason why and the Trading Team that make the decision are non contactable. There is also no escalation, appeal or complaint process. My account is in negative for the year so I really do not understand . Why would you offer Superboosts that if they win you then end up punishing the customer? Will take my business elsewhere though unfortunately I know they will not give a hoot.
