So it's a strange situation. Signed up about a week ago. Lost a bunch of money as you do. Actually hit something and tried to withdraw it (£1.1k). Went to upload verification ID (drivers licence photo). Photo rejected for 'manipulation' (BS of course). Asked customer support and told my account failed negative verification checks and would be closed with no right of appeal. No please upload again or please try another ID just straight up blocked.Now here's the best part, they still sent me the money. I failed the checks but they sent me the full total anyway? Yeah ok. You'd be breaking regulator rules to just pay out after a failed verification. This means one thing. It's a load of crap. They simply didn't like that I wasn't a big losing player and actually withdrew winnings and decided to blacklist me instead. Obviously paid out because they realised they'd get in trouble if I reported them to regulators and it was actually investigated.My point is, while the site might be genuine the practices they use are dodgy and wrong. If you're not a big loser they don't want you.
