I had won on bonus games 2 separate times and wasn't paid. Conviently the game froze just at the point when they were paying the best. I tried to contact customer service, but unfortunately you can't get a live person in Canada. So I was left with virtual chat. They wanted game codes and reference numbers for the game I played. There is no way to get these numbers once the game is over. Absolutely shitty customer service. Never did get paid
