I couldn’t even get to the point where I bet!!During the verification process my drivers license was rejected even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got no information this was the case and that my account was closed FOREVER. My license is perfectly fine, I thought after 27 years of living I would give betting a shot at trying to make a bit of money. Turns out that’s absolutely impossible since I’ve been blocked out of the chance to bet for life and for absolutely no reason. I have spoken to 2 people on their live chat which was a pain to get to and the first person, after saying they couldn’t tell me the reason and that there’s nothing I can do, I asked to complain. They said they would escalate it to their superior and asked me to wait, they then just closed the chat. The second person told me the same information, they can leave my complaint on my account but the information remains, meaning they still can’t give me any reason why my drivers license was rejected and that I can’t bet with them ever for the rest of my life. This essentially tells me that my complaint isn’t going anywhere or being seen by anyone, it’s just being thrown into the void and there’s nothing that can be done. This is absolutely insane. I have just renewed my license less than a month ago and so there’s no possible way there’s any issue with it. My name and address is exactly the same as the utility bill that they accepted so what on earth is the reason they rejected it?They have given me no reason why they’ve shut me out from betting for the rest of my life ( and my entire life since this is the first time I’ve tried to bet!) and they have told me there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. It’s insane and absolutely rediculous.
