Been a customer for 20yrs.. I bet like £20 a week on average. Not bet since the football season finished, went to place a bet on the superboost today to find they had limited my max bet to £1.. contact CS via live chat and was told its tough, asked just for some reasoning behind the decisions and they ended the chat.. such a shame but that's me done with them.. what a grim way to treat loyal customers
