I've had an account at bet365 for a long time probably over 15 years, most of the time i had no problems at all. I even went into a few of their shops in Stoke-On-Trent when they were open where i briefly met the current manager. They were kind enough to even send me a Visa Debit card for transactions which could be used at regular cash machines. But i could only use the online games when i used this card. So i contacted them to cancel this restriction. I've never had a big payout from bet365 apart from winning a small lottery win of £3600 in June 2025 this is where the problems started. I decided to put some of this money back on the lottery for a chance of £7500+ when i was making these stakes the website kept signing out and messages popped up with concern. The final chance of winning £7500 was under 4-1 i didn't win this bet but the next time i logged in it stated i must contact them regarding the situation. After a long online conversation to which seemed to be an A.I. which seemed positive. The A.I. stated that they blocked my account permanently and no one can reopen it. As it stands the account is around -£7,000 in net deposits which were from online games. They had no problems when I was using the online games but when there was a chance of winning something substantial they applied a permanent ban. I believe this business is involved in fraud and should be avoided.
