Bet365 has the best user interface of any betting site/app I've used. Even when I've hit my limit, I still use it to keep updated on scores and stats.However, after years of using their service with a very low and sensible monthly limit on my account, I get an email from them saying that my account has been closed following a management review. No warning or proper explanation - account closed and will "never be reopened."I completely understand that the bookie normally always wins, however it feels like they have accepted my business (money) and have now robbed me of any chance to win some of it back. To refuse to give any proper explanation is particularly infuriating.Their customer service is the worst of any company, gambling or otherwise, that I've ever come across. That's not me being bitter, that's the condescending tone of their emails and complete lack of rewards on your account which pales in comparison with just about any other competitor out there.Avoid using them. You will regret it.
