Over a month ago, I provided my income details as requested. Since then, I have contacted customer service exactly 8 times regarding my account. One time I was told I needed to create a new account, but that didn’t work because the website says I already have one. Another time I was told to wait for the appropriate department to contact me.All this time, I have been unable to log in and therefore have not been able to check what I won on my sports bets. It now seems like the site is trying to avoid paying out my winnings. I find this platform extremely unreliable and I will be reporting it to the Dutch Gambling Authority, because something is clearly not right here.
