Wrongly suspended my account with no emails telling me why , live chat is pathetic they may aswell not have it ! I emailed them asking why my account was suspended they told me it’s under verification and should take up to 24hrs it has been over a week I’ve had no further emails and I’m still locked out with funds still in the account . Diabolical!
