I signed up with them years ago and just recently tried to login. I was put through to their live chat where I was told I had failed the verification process due to an issue with my driver's license and would not be allowed to reactivate my account and this issue could not be resolved. The chat support person told me this was decided by the relevant department and their decision was final with no chance of a compromise. I have never experienced such vague, unwelcoming and unhelpful customer service such as this. I'd hate to think how difficult and neglectful they would be to customers when money is involved. If they can't show customers any respect at the door they certainly wouldn't in the store
