After having an account with Bet 365 for several years, I was astounded when they suddenly advised that any bets on their Super Boosts were restricted to only £1.Also any access to free bets and Prize matches had been closed down.Their only explanation was this was a decision from the trading team and they could not advise me any further as to the reason.I raised a complaint and during a telephone call, I was offered £10 to my account providing I accepted the complaint was closed .If I wished to pursue my complaint further, the bribe of £10 would be withdrawn.This company should be ashamed of the way they treat a loyal customer.I have passed the information to Resolver for them to investigate.UPDATE The matter was passed to IBAS and this was their response."I can see this has been frustrating for you, but I’m afraid it is entirely a matter for bet365 if they decide to restrict your account.
