My account with Bet365 had been used for several years. I have been betting from my mobile using the Bet365 app. Suddenly I noticed that my balance was 0, when it should have been 60. I couldn't understand how my money had disappeared. On closer inspection and with patience, I found my money was in the Casino account. I couldn't transfer the funds into my Sports account. I logged into my account from my laptop and my money was in my Sports account with Casino at 0. This showed that the mobile app was being wrongly displayed. I got in touch with Bet365 and reported the issue. After several checks on my integrity, and various customer service conversations i was asked if the issue should be reported to Technical support. It seems obvious that the customer service staff do not realise that issues impacting business must be escalated without customer permission. The issue meant that I could not place bets from my mobile as my funds were always 0 (despite funds being in Casino). I do not use Casino and never deposited money into that account. I felt that Ber365 might have been forcing me to gamble in the Casino. I withdrew my money from Bet365 and uninstalled the mobile app. The customer service staff do not understand the business and do not realise the importance of technical escalation.
