I couldn't agree more with most of the comments on here - what a shocking customer service this company provides - absolutely no care or empathy or sympathy whatsoever. If you ever have cause to request anything from them then you will get the full experience of being nothing more than a punter there to fill their coffers.I am surprised if the UK Gambling Commission does not view these web sites. If they do they should ask some serious questions about the complaints this company receives, their policies and procedures and how they are resolved - which mainly seems to be by "two fingers"
