Had an account more than a decade ago. Voluntarily but it on hold. Tried to unlock it 12 years later but didn’t have the phone number saved from 12 years ago, support wouldn’t help. Tried to open a new account (new email, new address, new phone number) and they instantly closed it, wasn’t even able to login. Support was rude and seems to have zero interest in customer experience. I’m sure there are plenty of other companies who actually value your business.
