Dreadful customer service. I had a bet that won but is showing as void. It’s not a lot of money but still annoying. Used the web chat to try and understand what was going on. Once I finally got through to a person rather than a bot, they were hopeless. Really long delays between replies and then a vague and dismissive final message. Held an account for 10+ years without issues so very disappointed that when I’ve needed to access support the experience has been so poor.
