Absolutely shocking company - stay well clear of this lot ! I bet rarely - usually only the Grand National and Boat RaceThis year I opened an account with this dreadful bunch, deposited £100 from my wife’s account (with her permission) and Bet365 accepted the fundsI used the accepted funds to place 4 wagers for the National which were also accepted by Bet365They subsequently emailed me to identify that they shouldn’t have accepted the funds because the name of my wife’s account is different to my ownI tried to cash out the bets so that I could retrieve my wife’s funds and place additional funds using a debit card in my own name Bet365 won’t return the funds to the account from which they accepted them, and propose to charge me £12 for cashing them out As an aside I wonder whether there is a website or online forum dedicated to the experiences of customers unfortunate to have dealt with this company. Domain names are inexpensive to procure, and sites are very easy to build. Is “.con” a valid suffix. ?I wouldn’t ever wish this level of poor customer service on anyone and recommend to avoid them
