I came to write a review after I received an email from Bet365 A DAY after I created my account with them. The email stated, "Due to the nature of my business, my account has been closed." I logged in, took advantage of a promo deal, deposited $30, made a bet for $5 then received bonus bets. I withdrew the remaining balance of $25 because (why did I need it on there?). I called customer service and was told, "I'm not privy to why they closed the account. My supervisors make those decisions, but I can forward the concern." Great. He spoke with them and their "decision was final," so I wasn't even able to use the bonus bets that I earned, as per the agreement when I deposited the money. Total scam, avoid Bet365. There are plenty of other good gambling apps/platforms who won't screw you over.
