I placed bets on the grand national yeaterday totalling £15. One of my horses was the winner. £2 at 33/1. £68 should have got back but all I got was £10 of my deposit back. Apparently I had an account with them years ago and put a limit of £5 on it. They were happy enough to let me deposit the £15 in the first place. Absolutely appalling. I’ve escalated it to complaints department but not holding my breath
