I am a pensioner and only bet on the Grand National every year. I had difficulty logging on and live chat shockingly informed me that my account had been permanently closed - for NO reason. They would not tell me why and I was really shocked. On the other hand, having read other reviews I am now gragteful as I have time to go elsewhere.
