They advertise themselves on TV as the World's Fav Bookmaker-Surely this Breaches Advertising Standards as so many people are totally dissatisfied with their Service. I have been with them, fool that I am, for 20 yrs +. The early days they were amazingly good but then??? I am 81yrs & old fashioned in that I expect good service from companies I spend my money with. My Wife had an operation about 6 weeks ago & as a courtesy I messaged 365 to advise that I may be online longer as I will be at home looing after her during recovery. Then a few days ago whist logged on to 365 my Wife called out that she needed help. Inadvertently I forgot to log off & when I returned to their site I immediately logged off. When I tried to log back in ,I got a message telling me that I couldn't. I sent them a message,as a courtesy, explaining what had happened. Kindly they allowed me back in.However next day they SUSPENDED my account & when asked why they said they needed to phone me & when would be the best time. I said 9am -1PM. Despite several messages I am still waiting. I can only assume that they have so many angry customers that they can't cope.
