If I could give no stars I would. This is a greedy, evil corporation, very quick to take deposits without question, but withdrawal? No they don't do that. All the time anyway.
Right now I have a $375 withdrawal that's just lost, didn't get sent to me, can't be tracked just gone! The advice they gave me? Wait 7 business days and it should be in your account? Excuse me what? Just like I have an obligation to pay, I also have an obligation to withdraw. But not with bet365, no they sent me to talk to pay direct who then sent me back to bet 365 because no withdrawal was ever sent. Very suspicious activity going on there and I'm pretty sure my funds were put in a wrong account. The customer service was treacherous, they actually restricted my account because I said I need my money I got bills to pay!
I've never seen such negligence when it comes to a consumer in my life. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOURS!
