This company sent me batteries and used a courier service called evri who have high percentage of parcels that go missing and end up at the wrong address. My batteries ended up at someone else's address somewhere and the photo shows no door number for it to be tracked . I showed this to beta fpv and they said sort it with courier company. Sorry but you CHOSE this rubbish delivery company SO YOU SORT IT OUT ! absolutely furious because I spent 1000s on beta fpv equipment to be pxxsd on over 4 batteries worth 20 dollors . Any decent company would of sent out the replacement batteries BUT NO I've got to track down the parcel myself when nobody knows where it is now due to the courier not taking proof of photo properly. I even sent proof to beta fpv of my red door and the white door the parcel is lost at . 1 star until I get my batteries.
