My hosting service was suspended without proper resolution, even though I had already renewed and paid for the next month in advance.After the suspension, I contacted them expecting either a fix or a refund for the unused service I had already paid for. Instead, they refused to refund me, kept my money, and provided no meaningful support or fair explanation.This is not how a legitimate hosting company should operate. Taking payment for a service you don’t provide and then refusing a refund is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable.Their customer service is poor, communication is bad, and they show zero accountability for their actions. If you value your money, your website, or your peace of mind, do NOT use this hosting provider. There are far better and more trustworthy hosting companies out there.I strongly regret choosing Beta Host Limited and would never recommend them to anyone.
