I have a screenshot that says my withdrawal will be in my bank within 30 minutes 5 hours later I look and there's no money, so I go back to chat they tell me they want photo of my bank card front and back! I've never had to supply a photo of my bank card to any casino I've ever played with!! So I supply them with these photos they want I asked them how long before I get my money they tell me 2 to 5 days!! Not what their app told me when I withdrew and they said 30 minutes!! I am making a complaint with the better Business bureau!
